The Salesforce drop-in clinic

Bring a problem.
Leave with an answer.

A fortnightly 45-minute drop-in with an open agenda. No slides, no theme, no pitch. Just whatever Salesforce problem is bothering you, worked through live. Come once, come every time, come when something breaks.

Not a webinar. A clinic.

Webinars have an agenda and end in a pitch. This has neither. Every fortnight we open the room for forty-five minutes and the attendees set the agenda: a report that won't reconcile, a flow that fires twice, a team that's stopped updating stages, a "should we even be doing it this way?" There's no theme to wait for, because it repeats rather than rotates. Whatever you bring is the topic.

If your problem turns out to be a five-minute fix, you'll get the fix. If it's bigger than a clinic, you'll get told that too, honestly, with what we'd look at next. And no pressure to look at it with us.

How it works

  1. 1

    Register

Pick the next session. That's the whole barrier to entry.

  2. 2

    Bring the problem

A sentence is enough. "Our forecast report doesn't match the pipeline" is a perfectly good ticket. Screenshots welcome, preparation optional.

  3. 3

    Leave with an answer

A fix, a direction, or an honest "that's bigger than a clinic" with what to look at next. Forty-five minutes, then everyone goes back to work.

For the problems that don't feel big enough for a meeting.

Most Salesforce trouble doesn't announce itself as a project. It's a niggle: a workaround someone built in a hurry, a report nobody quite trusts, a question you'd ask if asking didn't mean booking a consultant. The clinic exists for exactly that layer. Bring the niggle before it becomes the drift.

And if you're weighing us up before anything bigger, fair enough. Forty-five minutes of watching how we work is a better reference check than anything we could write here.

Before you register

Is this a sales pitch?+

No. The format is the promise: open agenda, your problems, forty-five minutes. If a problem genuinely needs more than a clinic, we'll say so and tell you what we'd look at. What you do with that is entirely up to you.

Do I need to prepare anything?+

No. A one-sentence description of the problem helps, and screenshots help more, but plenty of people arrive with nothing but a frustration. That works too.

Can I bring a colleague?+

Yes. Whoever lives with the problem is welcome. Sometimes the fix lands faster when the person who runs the report and the person who reads it are both in the room.

What if my problem needs proper diagnosis, not a quick answer?+

Then that's the answer you'll leave with. For a full picture there's the Salesforce Reset: a process and adoption review of your Salesforce with written findings within 14 days, £2,500, with a full refund guarantee. The clinic will tell you honestly whether you need it.

How often does it run?+

Every fortnight, forty-five minutes. Same format every time, so register for whichever session suits.

That niggle isn't going to fix itself.

Register for the next drop-in: forty-five minutes, open agenda, and you set it.
