Salesforce Momentum

Systems drift. Ours don't.

Because someone owns them. Momentum is a fractional RevOps and sales enablement function for your Salesforce: support that answers, an improvement shipped every month, and the sales-operations discipline that keeps pipeline, forecast and process honest as your business changes.

From £2,500/month · Monthly rolling · Cancel any month on 30 days' notice

Board reporting automated at The Torrington Group · UK-based

Go-live isn't the finish line. It's the starting condition.

Every Salesforce org drifts. People join and improvise, people leave and take context with them, and the business changes faster than the system does.

Most growing B2B companies have nobody internally who owns Salesforce properly. Hiring that person is expensive, slow and a single point of failure. Momentum is that function as a service: RevOps and sales enablement, month after month.

"The team at SaaS Success is easy to work with, responsive, and takes the time to explain their recommendations both before and after implementation. We've worked with several CRM consultants over the years, but none have matched their depth of knowledge, technical expertise, and commitment to finding the right solution for our business."

A RevOps leader, on what it's like to work with us after the build. That's where Momentum lives.

Three streams. One monthly fee.

Keep it running

Support, fixes, admin. Users unblocked, the org healthy, nothing quietly breaking.

Keep it moving

One prioritised improvement shipped every month, from a roadmap that never empties.

Keep it selling

Pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline, process design, onboarding, leadership support.

The third stream is the one no support contract contains. It's the reason this is a RevOps function, not a retainer with hours attached.

What every month looks like

Week one

Proactive org review

Automations, integrations, licences, permissions, data quality and the next release, checked whether or not anything looks wrong.

Through the month

Three streams run

  • Keep it running
  • Keep it moving
  • Keep it selling

Last working day

The report

What was found, what was delivered, what to watch and what we'd prioritise next.

Then it starts again. Same rhythm, every client, every month.

Every month

At least one prioritised improvement rolled out to your team.

Any month

Stay or go, on 30 days' written notice. No initial term.

  1. 1

Week one: the proactive org review.

Work you didn't ask for, run every month whether or not anything is wrong: failed automations, integration users, storage, licence usage, permission drift, data quality, the impact of the next Salesforce release. Problems get found while they're still small, which is the entire point of ownership.

  2. 2

Through the month: the three streams run.

Your team's questions answered by people who already know your org, one prioritised improvement shipped from the live roadmap, and the sales-operations work (pipeline, forecast, process, onboarding) running underneath. Every request is tracked, with turnaround reported.

  3. 3

    Last working day: the report.

Issued every month, without fail: what was found, what was delivered, what to watch, and what we'd prioritise next. In a quiet month it reads checked, all clean, which is a finding you paid for, not an invoice you didn't need.

  4. 4

    Always on: the live roadmap.

Every monthly report ends with what we'd prioritise next, and those items go straight onto a roadmap you can see. It's never finished: new requests, findings and changes in your business get added, we re-order it with you whenever priorities shift, and the next improvement comes off the top each month. Nothing waits for a scheduled review, and there's nothing to renew.

  5. 5

    Any month: stay or go.

Monthly rolling, auto-renewing, 30 days' written notice whenever you want it. No initial term, no anniversary, no paperwork moment. The pressure to be worth it every month sits with us, where it should.

The rhythm is identical for every client, every month. The consistency is the product.

What changes when someone owns it.

Ownership is what stops the drift, and it shows up in work you can see.

At The Torrington Group, most of that work is reporting. As their board's questions have changed, the dashboards have changed with them. The data and analysis for every board meeting now comes straight out of Salesforce, instead of someone digging for it by hand.

Board-ready

the numbers your board asks for, built into Salesforce instead of pulled together by hand before every meeting

Kept current

when the board's questions change, the dashboards change with them

One list

of what's being fixed next, agreed with you, so nothing quietly drops

Two ways to run it

Build

From £2,500/month

All three streams, the proactive monthly org review, one prioritised improvement shipped every month, and the report on the last working day. For a business that needs someone to own Salesforce properly and keep it moving.

Monthly rolling · No initial term · 30 days' written notice

Accelerate

Priced to the agenda

Everything in Build, with more capacity across all three streams and more of the sales-operations work. Built for a business with a serious growth agenda, where the roadmap is long and the pace matters.

Monthly rolling · No initial term · 30 days' written notice

Fit is about ambition, not headcount. A 30-seat company with a serious growth agenda belongs above a 200-seat company that just wants the lights kept on. Every tier is monthly rolling with no initial term, and the right fit takes one conversation to settle. That's what "Talk about Momentum" is.

What people ask us

Is this just a support contract with hours attached?
No. A support contract measures value in hours consumed, which makes a quiet month feel like waste. Momentum is a fractional RevOps and sales enablement function in three streams: keep it running, keep it moving, keep it selling. The third stream (pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline, process design, onboarding, leadership support) is the one no support contract contains, and it's why this is a function you rent rather than a contractor you hire.
Will we be locked in?
No. Monthly rolling, auto-renewing, 30 days' written notice whenever you want it, and no initial term, so there is never anything to see out. If we stop being worth the fee, you stop paying it.
What are we actually paying for in a quiet month?
Three things, by design. The proactive monthly org review still ran, covering failed automations, storage, licence usage, permission drift, data quality and release impact, whether or not anything was wrong. The certainty was still there: when something does break, the person who picks up already knows your org. And the monthly report still landed on the last working day, reading checked, all clean, which is a legitimate, valuable finding. A quiet month means the system is being kept quiet. That's the job.
What's in the monthly report?
The same structure every month, without fail: what the org review found, what was delivered (every request tracked, with turnaround), what we're watching, and what we'd prioritise next. It's written for the person who signs the invoice as much as the person who raises the tickets: the evidence of ownership, in one document, twelve times a year.
Can Momentum protect our data too?
Yes. There's a Data Protection add-on: automated, continuous backup of your Salesforce data and metadata, powered by Gearset, for a fixed monthly fee alongside your tier. Losing CRM data is the risk nobody prices until it happens; this makes it priced, small and handled. Ask about it in the conversation.
Why is there no minimum term?
Because a term supplies an ending, and this isn't work that finishes. It also does something we'd rather avoid: it moves the pressure to be worth the fee off us and onto your signature. Monthly rolling keeps that pressure where it belongs, with us, every month.
How does the fee compare to hiring someone?
Set the monthly fee against the loaded cost of the capability you'd otherwise recruit: salary, employer costs, recruitment, the months before they're productive, and the risk that one person holds all the context. Momentum is that function without the single point of failure, and you can stop it in a month.
Can we start here if we've never worked with you?
Usually not, and we'd rather be straight about why: owning a system we've never opened means guessing at what it needs, and you'd be paying us to learn. Start with a Reset: £2,500, a written answer, refundable in full for fourteen days after you receive it. If Momentum is the right answer afterwards, we'll both know why.
Who decides what gets built each month?
You do, from a live roadmap we keep in front of you. Each month's report adds to it, we re-order it with you whenever priorities change, and one prioritised improvement ships every month. The roadmap never empties. As the business changes, the list changes with it.
Who actually does the work?
Scott leads on solution design and the client relationship, with a named technical resource on delivery. The people who answer already know your org, and that continuity is most of what you're paying for.
