AI & Automation

Give your team their day back.

AIforce, Agentforce and Claudeforce, built on foundations that hold, so the hours your team spends feeding Salesforce go back into selling. Agentforce is already live with our clients. Not a slide about the future.

The most expensive thing in your CRM is your team's time.

Add up the write-ups, the copy-paste, the re-keying between systems, the notes typed twice because the first version went into an email. It's rarely one big number anywhere. It's an hour here, twenty minutes there, spread across every selling day of every seller you employ. That's the admin burden, and it's exactly the work AI is now genuinely good at.

One honest caveat before the exciting part. Automation applied to a CRM that doesn't work yet just makes the mess faster. If the data is drifting and the process doesn't match how you sell, AI learns the mess and accelerates it. So we build AI on foundations that hold. If yours don't hold yet, we'll tell you, and fix that first.

Get the order right, and what follows isn't a pilot or a promise. It's your team's day, handed back.

AIforce, explained

Three names, one idea: Salesforce wherever your team works.

At Dreamforce in September 2026, Salesforce launched AIforce: a layer that brings your Salesforce data, workflows and permissions into whichever AI tool your people already use. AIforce is the umbrella. Underneath it sit the two pieces we implement.

The umbrella

AIforce

Salesforce's new layer for taking your CRM to wherever people and agents work. Every request runs on the user's existing permissions, and every action routes back through Salesforce, so nobody sees more than they already could.

  • Your data
  • Your workflows
  • Your permissions

Inside Salesforce

Agentforce

AI agents that live in Salesforce and do the work: drafting records, summarising cases, routing leads, answering customers. Built from Salesforce's prebuilt agents and actions, then shaped to your process.

Live at Abacus Playgrounds since July 2026

Inside Claude

Claudeforce

The Salesforce and Anthropic partnership. Salesforce in Claude gives your team 37 prebuilt sales skills, from meeting prep to pipeline review, inside Claude itself. Claude also powers reasoning inside Agentforce.

Our go-to approach, adopted internally

What all of it stands on

Your Salesforce foundations

  • Data your team trusts
  • A process that matches how you sell
  • Clear permissions and ownership

The names will keep changing. The principle won't: AI is only ever as good as the Salesforce it sits on.

Here's the arithmetic on one client.

Abacus Playgrounds' field teams make around a thousand site visits a year. Before the automation, each one took about an hour to write up in Salesforce. Now it takes about fifteen minutes, which hands roughly 750 hours a year back to the field.

Foundations first, then the fun part

  1. 1

    We check the ground.

AI built on drift accelerates the drift, so the first step is checking whether your foundations hold. We sit with you, look at what's there, and say so plainly if something needs fixing first. Then we take it step by step, one clear win at a time.

  2. 2

We find where the hours go.

Not "what could AI do?" That list is infinite. Where does your team's day actually leak? Write-ups, re-keying, chasing information that already exists somewhere. We do the arithmetic on your business the way we did it above.

  3. 3

    We build it, fixed scope.

Agentforce agents, Claude skills and automation shaped around your process, built to a scope agreed in writing before work starts, and carried by the Built Right Guarantee for twelve months after it ships.

  4. 4

Your team takes it from there.

The best AI rollouts don't need enforcing. When the write-up that ate an hour takes minutes, nobody asks the team to please use the new thing. They ask you what's next.

Two ways to start.

Both are fixed scope, priced from written findings and covered by the Built Right Guarantee. Neither has a price on this page, because the right scope depends on your org, your licences and the jobs you want AI to do.

Agentforce · 4 to 6 weeks

Agentforce Quickstart

Salesforce's AI agents, designed, configured and live in four to six weeks. We take up to three use cases from workshop to production: case deflection, record summaries, order look-ups, or a sales assistant that keeps records up to date.

✓ Discovery, AI readiness check and a written solution design

✓ Agent set-up: identity, prompts, knowledge sources and guardrails

✓ Up to three use cases, with actions wired into your CRM

✓ Data access rules, PII protection and hallucination testing

✓ Up to five reports and a leadership dashboard

✓ Admin and user training, go-live and one to two weeks of tuning

Needs Agentforce licences. No custom code in the Quickstart: Apex, LWC and external integrations are scoped separately.

Claudeforce

Claudeforce Implementation

Salesforce inside Claude, set up properly. We connect Claude to your org, switch on Salesforce's built-in sales skills, and build custom skills around how your team actually sells. Using Salesforce starts to feel less like admin and more like asking a colleague.

✓ One connection for the whole team, on your existing Salesforce permissions

✓ A permissions and data review before anyone switches it on

✓ Salesforce's prebuilt sales skills configured and tested on your data

✓ Custom Claude skills for your process: deal reviews, call prep, forecast notes, record updates

✓ Rollout, training and usage tracking, so adoption is visible

You'll need Claude for your team; we confirm licensing before we scope.

"It went down very well with the team and I think I have now opened Pandora's box when it comes to AI, they are very excited."

The questions worth asking first

Is our Salesforce ready for AI?
Maybe, and the honest way to find out is to sit down with you and check the foundations first. If the data is drifting or the process doesn't match how you sell, automation just makes the mess faster. So we look at what's there, advise on anything that should be sorted before AI goes in, and take it step by step, rather than jumping into a huge transformation your team isn't ready for.
Agentforce or Claude: which do we need?
Often both, for different jobs. Agentforce suits work that should happen inside Salesforce without anyone asking: updating records, routing leads, answering customers. Claude suits the work your people do with Salesforce: preparing for a call, reviewing a deal, drafting the follow-up. The AIforce conversation is where we work out which jobs you actually have.
Why should we trust you with this? We've been let down before.
A fair question, and the one we hear most. Two answers. First, the credentials are specific to this work: Agentforce Specialist, Agentforce Sales Consultant and Data 360 Consultant certifications, plus Agentforce Implementation Expert accreditation. Second, if we think you're not ready, we'll say so before you spend, not after.
What should we automate first?
The work your team resents, that a machine does well, that touches revenue. In practice that's usually the write-up and re-keying burden. It's measurable (you can count the hours the way we counted Abacus Playgrounds'), it's felt daily, and removing it pays for itself in recovered selling time. The AIforce conversation is where we do that arithmetic on your business.
Is this about replacing people?
No. It's about what the people you already have get to do with their day. Our whole purpose is making business technology work for people, not the other way around. The automation takes the write-up; your team keeps the selling, which was always the part that needed a human.
What does it cost?
Based on discovery, we'll sit with you and work out what's required, focusing on a clear win and building from there. We'd rather pick one specific business challenge and solve it properly than aim for full transformation. No metered surprises, and the work carries the Built Right Guarantee for twelve months.
