The guarantee

We carry the risk, not you.

Three promises, one principle: you should be able to act with confidence, at every stage, without needing to trust us first. Each promise is specific, each has a mechanism, and one of them is a document we already issue with commercial proposals. It's not a paragraph we wrote for a website.

Because you've probably been let down before.

Most of the people we work with have had a bad experience with a Salesforce partner. It's the objection we hear most, and it deserves a better answer than "we're different, promise." So the answer isn't a promise. It's a structure. At every stage of working with us, the commercial risk sits on our side of the table: the first step is refundable, the ongoing relationship is cancellable, and the project work is covered for a year.

Three promises. Here they are, with their mechanics.

Three promises, one principle

The Reset refund

Full refund within 14 days of receiving your findings. No conditions, no argument.

Momentum, rolling

No term, no lock-in. If it isn't working, cancel on 30 days' notice.

The Built Right Guarantee

Twelve months of defined cover on every fixed-scope build.

1. If the Reset isn't useful, you don't pay for it.

The Reset is £2,500 for a process and adoption review of your Salesforce, with a written findings document within 14 days of the call. If within fourteen days of receiving your findings you decide it wasn't worth it, you get a full refund. No conditions attached, no proportion withheld, no debate about what was delivered.

Two details worth knowing because they say something about how we work. You book first and we invoice after, so nothing is taken at booking. And the refund is a genuine refund, not a credit against future work. We carry the risk of the first step, entirely.

2. If Momentum isn't working, don't renew.

Momentum, our ongoing ownership service, runs month to month with no initial term. There's nothing to see out: give 30 days' written notice in any month and it stops.

That's a guarantee you never have to claim. There's no form, no exit fee, no argument to win. The pressure to be worth it, every single month, sits with us. That's exactly where it should sit, because it's what keeps an ongoing service from quietly becoming a standing charge. How Momentum works →

3. Built right, or we put it right, for twelve months.

Every fixed-scope project ships under the Built Right Guarantee: twelve months of defined cover on what we build. It's not a claim invented for this page. It's a client-facing document that already goes out with our commercial proposals, with its cover and its exclusions written down. You'll see it before you sign anything, which is the point: a guarantee you can read beats a guarantee you have to take on faith.

"Scott has been excellent for us. He quickly gained the trust of our team and delivered meaningful improvements without unnecessary work."

"Without unnecessary work" is a CEO saying the scope wasn't padded. That's what the guarantees are for. They only make commercial sense if the work is honest, which is rather the point of publishing them.

The small print, in plain sight

Is the Reset refund really unconditional?
Yes. Fourteen days from receiving your findings, full refund, no conditions, no partial withholding. You don't have to explain why. And it's a refund, not a credit: the money comes back.
Does the Built Right Guarantee have exclusions?
Yes, and we'd be suspicious of one that claimed otherwise. The cover and the exclusions are defined in the guarantee document itself, which is issued with every proposal. You read it before you commit, not after something goes wrong.
What does "don't renew" actually involve for Momentum?
Nothing, really. That's the design. There's no term, so if it isn't earning its place, you give 30 days' notice and it stops. No claim, no negotiation.
Do the guarantees make the work more expensive?
No. They make the scoping more honest, which is where their real value is. A consultancy that guarantees its work has a strong incentive not to pad the scope or promise away hard problems. The guarantees exist because the work is priced to be stood behind.

The first step is the one we refund.

Start with a Reset: a review of your Salesforce, a written answer within 14 days, £2,500, and fourteen days from receiving your findings to decide it was worth it.
