Refer a client
Know someone fighting their Salesforce?
Send them our way and we'll look after them the way you'd want, and you'll earn £500 when you refer a client. Most of our best work has arrived exactly this way.
Referrals built this business. We treat them that way.
Our work arrives by referral, network and partners far more than by advertising. That means every person you send us is carrying a piece of your reputation, and we know it. Nobody you refer gets a hard sell. They get the same first conversation everyone gets: honest, useful, and pointed at whatever would genuinely help them, even when the answer is "you don't need us yet."
What happens to the people you send us
~70%
around seventy per cent of our won work by value comes from clients who came back
2–7
separate pieces of work commissioned by each of our five largest client relationships
Clients who felt sold to don't come back. Clients who were looked after do, and that's the safest thing we can tell you about referring someone.
Three steps, none of them awkward
- 1
Tell us who
The form below takes a minute: their name, their company, and a line on what's going on with their Salesforce, if you know it.
- 2
We take it gently from there
A warm, no-pressure introduction, in your name only if you want it to be. You choose how involved to stay.
- 3
You earn £500 when you refer a client
The reward is paid once the person you referred becomes a client, either by commissioning more than £3,000 of work or by signing up to one of our recurring packages.
Make the introduction
We'll confirm receipt the same day, and you'll hear from us before they do.
Fair questions
Will you cold-call them?+
No. The introduction is warm and paced by them. If they're not ready, we leave the door open rather than leaning on it. Anything else would spend your reputation, and that's not ours to spend.
What has to happen for the £500 to be paid?+
The person you refer has to become a client, either by commissioning more than £3,000 of work or by signing up to one of our recurring packages. An introduction that doesn't reach that point doesn't trigger the reward, and we'll tell you where things stand either way.
Can I refer more than one business?+
Yes. Each qualifying referral stands on its own.
What if they only need something small?+
Then that's what they'll get. Sometimes the answer is a drop-in clinic session or a single fix, and we'd rather be honest with your contact than extract a project from them. That honesty is why referrals keep coming.

You know exactly who we mean.
The colleague who complains about their pipeline report every time you see them. Send them our way: a minute of your time, £500 when you refer a client.
